At Rosada, we value your satisfaction and aim to provide a seamless shopping experience to ensure that your eligible exchange or cancellation process is as smooth as possible. Please review the following guidelines to help as serve you at our best.
ORDER EXCHANGE OR RETURN
Rosada has a strict NO EXCHANGE NO RETURN POLICY across all products both personalized and non-personalized.
However, certain orders or products can be exchanged subject to terms and conditions in the following specific cases only:
- The receipt product is visibility damaged
- A wrong product or order is received
- There is a mistake in customization
- A product in the order is missing
- Manufacturing defect in certain cases
For eligibility and to speed-up exchange process, we request you to get in touch with our support team within 48 hrs of receiving the order with the following evidence:
- When reporting a damaged or missing product, please provide an unaltered opening video of the parcel. The video should be a continuous, unedited recording, capturing the entire un-boxing process with a clear view of the package label and seal.
- When reporting a wrong product, manufacturing defect or mistake in customization, please share a clear photo of the product with package label.
- No exchanges are accepted based on customer’s personal preference or likings.
- We prioritize our exchange policy, however the process may take upto 15 working days after initiation.
- The incorrect product must be returned in its original condition unused along with all accompanying accessories.
All Rosada products are handcrafted using basic equipments by our skilled Indian Artisans. We take all efforts in standardizing the product quality, shape, size, material and looks. However, we take pride in our hand crafted products and there could be slight variations from pictures or product to product. these should not be considered as imperfections or mistakes and no claims based on these shall be accepted.
Cancellation and Return FAQ
At Rosada (rosadababy.com), orders once placed cannot be cancelled and no refunds shall be issued. We prioritize order processing on time and therefore all orders are forwarded to the production team as soon as they are received
We understand that there could be last minute order change. You can write and send your change or get in touch with our support team on WhatApp or Call (working days between 11:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.) within 24 hrs of placing the order. Change will only be made subject to possibilities and order not being processed/ready for shipment or shipped.
If any packages are returned back to Rosada which was sold on www.rosadababy.com, due to incomplete or wrong address or unclaimed or refused delivery, customers are subject to pay a 25% restocking fee on the merchandise plus the actual shipping charges incurred by Rosada to send the shipment. In the event of a reshipment of the same order, customers will be responsible to pay shipping charges for the reshipment.
Before accepting delivery of your order, please ensure, that the packaging has not been damaged or tampered with. If you believe that the merchandise is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, please refuse to take delivery of the package and click a photo of the parcel (if possible), and contact our customer care team with your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
